Cards to exchange

I went to a unit meeting in Rochester a few weeks ago. Being a home-body I nearly forgot how much fun it is to get together with folks of similar interests. Thank goodness we had at least a temporary reprieve from the nasty weather and I was able to get out. If you check out Vicki Wizniuk's web-site you'll see how heavily I was inspired by her artwork. http://wizardshangout.blogspot.com/2011/01/a2-slanted-top-card-boxed-set.html

And this fantastic color combination: sunset, lagoon, black, on colonial white cardstock. The background is stamped using February's stamp of the month
D11453-"Friendship".

Hopefully, you'll find some creative time for yourself sometime this month! Take care, Margaret

The infatuation continues

with puddle pads that is . . . . I sat down at my stamp table after Christmas to make some thank you notes. . . . I started stamping with colors straight from the stamp pad . . . it was fine but not exactly what I wanted. Here was my finished project. . . I made a puddle pad using heavenly blue, crystal blue, and pear. Some times simple is better. . . . at least for me.

I love puddle pads and football

All of my stamping is quick and easy. I recently made these football schedules and mailed them out to friends and family that expressed interest in attending Andrew's football games. I used a baby wipe, a pansy purple re-inker, and a vineyard berry re-inker, as my stamp pad. I love the variation in color puddle pads make.

Lovin the Scroll

Kristine needed a ten year poster to wrap up her 4-H career. . . . . I was so happy with how her poster turned out. I also loved that I was able to use a single stamp from the "tender tags" stamp set D1350 to decorate the letters and the white photo mats. What do you think?

2010 Prom Pages

I love how this paper worked with the color of the dresses! I used an old 8 1/2 x 11 page protector for the center pages. Fun!

Simple graduation thanks

Sometimes simple is best, especially when you have a lot to do in a limited amount of time. Here a few super simple thank you notes that I'm stamping up for Kristine. They are cuter in person than on the screen.
