Addicted to Project 365

I started my Project 365 using Close to My Heart's Emporium paper packet. Loved it. It seemed to go with everything. Well, instead of purchasing a ton of Emporium, I thought it would be fun to use a different paper packet each month. For February I am using Daydream. I love it too! The striped paper is fun to cut into different borders.

I've also been using last August's stamp of the month "Today's date" You see I wasn't exagerating when I said it was a "must have".

More Project 365

I'm having so much fun with this "slice of life" project. I'm using the Emporium papers from Close to My Heart and the coordinating colors for January entries.

Favorites

I went to Wal-Mart the other day . . . looking for decorative file folders. . . because simple things make me happy. . . and decorative file folders make me smile. The 12 file folders that I found where over $5. A box of 100 plain file folders were about $5. If you know me. . . you know that I can be pretty frugal. . . . So this was my compromise . . . which actually wasn't a compromise at all becase I love my file folders! I used an old favorite D1186 "Rustic Flowers". It was a previous stamp of the month but it is currently available. I also used a new favorite D1212 "Playful Flourishes". It had been on my wish list for months. . . and I received it with my last order. . . . It was perfect for this project.

These are 2 - 4 x 6 scrapbooking accents untilizing the Stardust paper packet and Reach for the Stars Stamp set. I like these even better than the cards below.
